So, taadah! The superfood I’ve started taking actively is Spirulina!
Holding the status of being a power-house, it contain many many other nutrients as compared to other food source😉
Spirulina— a blue- green algae ( that’s explains the dull-colour of my smoothies. But fret not, tastes not affected👌）
Goodness for overall health system: highly anti-oxidant, immunity boost, toxins remover, disease fighter,… Why not just go google about it😆?
